Drop the nylon chip guards over the idler gears making sure that the small hole in the chip guard goes over the shoulder screw body.

Place the plate flat on the table. It would be handy at this point to have two pieces of wood approximately ¾ inch thick so that the head of the micro plug does not cause the plate to tip.
